I got mine.  I make $20,000 a year.  I got $60.00 more on my 2 week check.  Anyone who says this is just about the rich is stupid.  The rich pay more in taxes so they will see more on the bottom line of the tax cut, pure and simple.  $60.00 bi-weekly over the course of a year equals $1560.00 which means I now pay like $100.00 a year in federal income taxes.

I got ya all beat. My BIG paycheck increased a whole 10 cents. Don't know what I'm gonna do with all that extra take home pay. Wasn't hardly worth putting the new tax tables in my computer. The whole office didn't amount to 10 dollars in increases.

Has anyone been keeping up with what they're trying to do to confuse the RX deal with medicare. If the gov can complicate something - they will and have. They never heard of the KISS formula (Keep it Simple and Short!) They're gonna have to hire 10,000 new people on the payroll just to keep up with who's doing what.

Bullshit: Dream World

Still like Dubya?  -------- partial articles:

George, of course, spent a lot of time during his address telling us how he was all for hydrogen and other alternate fuels research. This sounded too good to be true. It is, as it’s a way for him to do nothing that might upset his deep pocket fossil fuel friends. By the time any of this has a chance to come to fruition, he’ll have been long out of office. Sweet.

Maybe you were an Aids activist, (not that we care of course) and were elated by the President's unexpected (and genuinely revolutionary) announcement in the State of the Union address of 15 billion dollars in funding for fighting the epidemic worldwide - and then surprised to find that only around 10% was destined for the Global Aids Fund, while the rest would be funneled through US agencies, where it is more likely to be accessible to American abstinence-only groups campaigning against condoms.  Sweeter.

The RX benefit, after being gutted and hacked up 22 different ways, will make it through the House and the one George plans to sign takes effect in 2006. Really sweet.

We are truly living in the end times.
