(Non-CH) my dad's progress

A couple of weeks ago, I posted asking for prayers for my dad as he is probably battling with cancer (once again). I've had a number of you ask about his progress and thought I should post. So far, no REAL news. Although not all of the preliminary test are back yet, the doctors seem optimistic that the new tumor is not malignant. They think that if it was, signs would have shown up in the bloodwork results. He is still in a lot of pain and goes for a colonoscopy next Wednesday, so the waiting isn't close to over yet. Just thought I'd pass this on to anyone that is interested. I'll keep you informed when I know more. Thanks for your prayers, thoughts, vibes, support and concern. It has made a big difference to him, my mom, and to myself. grant

Hey Grant, Thank you for giving us the update. I'll continue to pray for your dad (and for your mom & you as well). I hope that he finds comfort and all goes well with the testing next week. Take care Bruce

Grant, Sorry to hear about that. Somehow I missed the earlier posts, but my heart goes out to you and your family. Would be nice if the doctors actually could tell you something REAL, but that's why they call it a practice... Keep us updated and we'll keep sending healing vibes down under. -Shawn
