While MOST episodics CANNOT drink while in cycle, MOST chronics seem to say that alcohol has no effect.
How many episodics feel that alcohol DOES have an effect while in cycle (ie. trigger)?

Episodic and when in cycle or close to my cycle I can't touch alcohol. And that means anything with alcohol in it.

Episodic and I cannot even look at my bottle of Jack while in cycle. Beer too. Haven't tried any other alcohol in cycle, too scared.

Alcohol is a gamble for me... 80% trigger, 20% no effect during a cycle. But some of my worst hits have been after alcohol so not a great gamble. Hope this helps...

I'm episodic and I usually only drink beer but NONE for me while I'm in a cycle. I can fire up a h/a before finishing the first one...and yeah Jonny, when those times roll around, it does suck to be me.
