More than one cycle?

My cycles switch between summer and winter.  I have never had 2 cycles in one year, my cycles last 3-4 months and then I am CH free, but my cycle for this year ended in April and suddenly, I find myself waking up with a headache and feeling shadows almost all day (which is a signal that a cycle is starting).  I know everyone is different, but do other eposodics experience this, I'm really scared, I don't think I can take 2 cycles in one year, I don't know how Chronics survive???

I know that Jim R just posted a similar topic, but I didn't want to talk about my problems on his post.  I am just curious, obviously he is having 2 cycles this year, I wonder how many people have gone through this, I never have.
