Anyone ever try L-Tryptophan (Turkey Trials)

Howdy,
Just did a search for tryptophan and found a whopping 17 entries with referrences to T - 5 of them were mine. Only 2 referrences to actually taking it; 1 good results, 1 without change.
While my 'Turkey Trial' had mixed results (I was also dealing with a bad tooth that wound up being pulled and that really upset the Beast; thank God for O2,) I've had 2 pf nights since taking the pharmaceutical grade L- T.
Tried 5-htp for 3 days and threw it out, got better results with massive amounts of water.
With shipping L-T came to just over $1 per cap which ain't bad, considering. I ordered mine at:

Still waiting to recieve the Formula 303 (a botanical prep with valarian root and passion flower to potentiate serotonin plus magnesium to relax muscles.) But haven't needed it yet, anyway. Much cheaper at less than $20 for 60 tablets. Got that at:

It's been discussed here before but I don't know if there's been any full results.
I do know that I get hit every year on Thanksgiving. Dunno if it's the turkey or the timing. I hope you find out something about it one way or the other
