Buddys friends found out what a cluster was!

Buddy has always tried to explain to his friends what a cluter was. They all thought they knew till tonight.
I have only been getting hit durning my sleep. I wasn't worried about going out tonight. Well we went out to eat, then to my parents house to give my dad his fathers day gift! Then headed over to a friend of ours house for some Karoke. Everyone was having a great time. I was enjoying the music, and SOME of the singers LOL! I got hit I mean no warning no nothing just like something hit me upside the head. Charlies living room is down stairs and his kitchen. Thats where we were all at. His bath, office and bedroom is upstairs and the upstairs is open and over looks the living room. I grabed my pocket book and up the stairs I ran. I got on the floor emptyed out my pocket book all over the office floor trying to find my imitrex. NONE!!!! I was shaking in pain and afrid to try to get back down his narrow stairs. I am rocking and crying. I can't help crying it friggen hurts. Anyway I figure they are singing loud enough no one will notice and I will be able to get through it. Wrong when you drink beer you have to pee always. Well Charlie had to pee. He comes upstairs I never saw him, he touched my back and said whats wrong hon. I said get Buddy Fast! Charlie like to of broke his neck getting down stairs. Everyone not just Buddy comes upstairs. There I sit with eight people looking at me. I tell Buddy I can't find my imitrex, and I know I put it in my pocket book. Buddy and Charlie both leave me run to the truck, and thank God they found it in the floor bord. All these people looking at me wile he is gone. Getting ice asking every question they could think of. I could hear them but couldn't think to answer any of them. Sandy tells everyone I need to be taken to the ER. I am getting scard now, where is Buddy, he has to save me from these people. It seemed like he was gone forever. I was trying to be cool but all I wanted to say was please please leave me alone, I can't handle all these questions. Thank God Buddy was back and giving me a shot. They watched me transform from a helpless little girl back into my reg everyday self in less than 10 minutes. The rest of the night was taken up by cluster talk. We did get to sing a little more. It was embarrssing but now they know it is not just a headache.
Well maybe I can sleep tonight since the demon has already visited. Wonder if we will be invited back LOL!!!

You know Elaine, I think we've all been there with maybe differant circumstances, but in retrospect, and you have to look at it this way, you just educated 8 people who will now tell others and so on and so on.
AND.......you didn't have to spend a dime on advertising ads, promos, printing up of brochures, etc.
And Buddy proved yet again what a great guy he is.

yeah we all got those stories of when our loved ones of thier friends found out how bad it gets... my friend neerav told me i should share my "f*ck... good" story" mainly cuz looking back on it, you can kind of laugh...
it was the past fall, and my friend neerav was hanging out at my apartment, and the biggest 10 (i would classify it as an 11 or 12 if i could) hit me so quick that i couldn't get a nasal spray in before the nose was running (this was before i got my hands on injection). well neither my friend or i had a car, so he is frantically calling everyone on both our cell phones to see who could take us to the er... my friend paul drove over, and they carried me down to the car (i was in so much pain, i couldn't think well enough to walk straight). my friend paul drives a toyota pick up truck (two door). my friend neerav (a good size man around 200 lbs) hopped in the back where there was little room, just so i could get in easier. well on the ride there my friend paul was driving 70 or 80 on surface streets (hoping to get pulled over just so we could get a police escourt), i was banging my head up against the glass window (which worried my friend paul, cuz he thought i was gonna break it), and my friend neerav was in the back seat trying to squeeze his hand between the glass and my head (yeah that was a mistake... i hurt him a little)... well when we get there, i'm trying as hard as i can to open the door to the car, but it won't open (my friend paul later told me he put the child safety on for my own safety)... paul grabs me from the car and carries me inside (and in the process cratches my legs up against some kind of bush). at this point my hair is all in my face and getting stiff from all the snot and tears... so basically i looked like a crazy homeless woman screaming profanities at anyone and everyone. my friends were pretty good, they knew what dose of imitrex i needed and told the doctor, who then went to the dispensary in the hospital to go get it... well right before he administered the shot i was saying nothing but four letter words... and right as he stabbed me i said "f*ck!!!" (because of the head pain not the shot) this was quickly followed by a very mellow and drawn our "gooood".... the doctor then replied.... "yeah, that's what my ex-girlfriend used to say"... the doctor told us that he had just broken up with his ex a while ago (thus all the funny remarks about his ex he kept making that night)... well my friends then tried to hook me up with the doctor with their classy line.... "you don't have to bring her flowers for a date, just bring her some of that imitex"

Man Elaine, I'm sorry to hear you went through this.
Maybe next time they'll know better than to grill you too when you're obviously in tremendous pain. Scary.

 Aw Elaine, you are one of the best teachers I know...so I now know of eight more people who have had a good crash course in CH....Give Buddy a hug for me....until our next lunch when maybe he will show...though, I still think he is chicken...LOL
PS...sorry education has such a high price in your pain...
