Percoset after Knee Surgery is great.  Just make sure you don't use them for clusters.   I know, I know.......I just HAD to get that in there, didn't I?

Glad to hear you are doing okey dokey Dave!  Keep your legs propped up!  Did the doc recommend ice packs to keep the swelling down?  From the little bit I've gathered from Ree's posts, I understand there was scraping involved?  That it traumatic to the nerves etc and pretty much any knee surgery is going to cause swelling and the tingling is probably due to either the nerves being twanged during the surgery or due to the swelling pressing on the nerves.

You take it easy big guy!  Sending healing thoughts!

Report hives to the doc as they may be due to an allergic reaction to something.  Not to be ignored!

Glad for you that the surgery is over and recoup is happening.

Donna is absolutely right, Ree - report those hives to the doc like RIGHT NOW.  I had an allergic reaction to a wasp sting this week - ended up in ER with hives and chest pains.  A shot of epinephren and a benadryl to go and I was all good.  Don't mess with that shit, Ree - it could get a LOT worse!  Trust me, Reebananorangebod.  Call the doc.  It could be that he's allergic to meds/stitches/whoknowsWHAT.

sorry, just a little paranoid about allergies this week.  Not very damn much fun!

Nice to finally meet you Dave - do what Ree tells you. She KNOWS best!

oh SURE, Ree - don't tell us about the emergency until AFTER it happens!  Sheesh.  We got all this supporting nature inside of us and no place for it to go.  Donna and I step boldly up to the plate, our arsenals FULL of stuff to help and you got the nerve to tell us the crisis is OVER??  What?? NOW what the hell are we supposed to do?  All this good advice going to waste, Mrs. I'm Prepared for EVERYTHING.  You'd think you were a cluster supporter or something!!   Roll Eyes

Hope the swelling is down today, and that the pain is a little better.

Don't be trying to swing Ree around on the dance floor yet..... ;D, you might give it a day or two..... Wink

Take care and keep it elevated,
