IMPORTANT SURVEY REQUEST about acupuncture

Not all Acupuncture is equal. As a chiropractor I was at one time qualified to practice Acupuncture in 26 states. I know from experience there are almost as many different approaches as there are practitioners. Over the last 25 years I have been to 7 different acupuncturists; 4 have given total relief that lasted from 2 - 7 years, one had no effect and 2 made things worse.

The 4 successful acupuncturist all graduated from the same school and used the same basic technique. I am very interested to find out if these findings can be confirmed or not within the clusterhead population at large.

Whether you saw an acupuncturist last week or 10 years ago, please call that office and ask two questions: What school did Dr. ______________ go to? And What technique does the Dr. use? (Not all Acupuncturists are doctors but it doesn’t hurt to butter them up a little.)

It does not matter whether he/she was successful or not - just get the info and pass it on to me with how well it worked or didn’t work for you. Send me a message, an email or post it here. Who knows, maybe we can find some consistency here, find a pattern. And get help to those that are interested.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Wishing PFDAN to all,
