Thanks y'all for your support!!!.. I was just really tired and beat to death last week 5 to 6 a night all night all really put some one state of mind some where else. Im doing much better now so SORRY if i worried yall. My head was so sore from CH it even hurt to touch. Thank god for imitrex and oxygen they saved my life. I am wondering if any of you have ever tried to drink coffee when you have a CH it really seem to help, i have coffee cup in one hand and oxygen mask in the other hand it seem to work unless ive got past that state of the CH then its a shot or two that stops it. My DR told me never give myself two shot for the same CH but i do it anyway he not the one suffering. Thanks you so much for the great letters and the support!! If i worried some of you IM VERY SORRY!!! Kevin [flash=200,200]URL[/flash]

Glad to read you made it through hell one more time. Even though the path is well traveled it never seems to get any easier. Glad the trex and O2 works for you. Take care. Kick the SOB's a ss!

Coffee is a big help when fighting the beast. I've learned to breathe the 02, take a sip of coffee....breathe....drink.....etc. You talk about taking two shots; are you splitting them up by using the imitrex tip? It really makes your supply last longer, and is much easier on the body. Glad you are doing better, and that you found that knot at the end of the rope PFDAN, Tracey

Kevin, Glad to hear your doing better, don't ever let that nasty pain get the best of who you are. I know when I was in cycle I always had the coffee ready and of course 02 saved me. Sunshine days ahead, Cindra

Be careful not to confuse the oxygen mask with the coffee cup while under attack. It's not pretty.

Very glad to hear you are feeling so much better! I drink coffee regularly as an abortive. If you haven't yet, click on the link to Margi's home treatments posted to you by Opus/Paul. You'll find many more ways to help kill the Beast. Wishing you PFDAN's, Kate
