How bout Green Mile.....or I'm with Wendy, BUT can anyone explain why my husband makes a quick exit whenever Gone With the Wind begins? Braveheart, Jonny? Really good, just not into watching people get disemboweled- silly me! Oh, Oh, and It's a Wonderful Life!! Cathi

Braveheart Shrek Shanghai Noon Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon (mainly cuz it is just sooo cool and the music is absolutely fantastic) Six Days Seven Nights The Quiet Man McClintock Three Musketeers (both the one with Gene Kelley and the one with Charlie Sheen) The Parent Trap (with Maureen O'Hara and Brian Keith) The Philadelphia Story (Katharine Hepburn, Cary Grant, Jimmy Stewart) Philadelphia (Tom Hanks) Forrest Gump And sooo many others! OOh, Ooh!! How bout Blazing Saddles...absolutely classic, when Madelyn Kahn sings " I'm so tired"...... can't usually stand to watch a movie more than once, but the minute I hear Blazing Saddles, I'm watching and I'm laughing. But, Elizabeth(nice to see you).....I, too, love What Dreams May Come.........beautiful!! Okay, I'm done now!

2001 A Space Odyssey If more recent, and for sheer impact, I am haunted by Black Hawk Down.... I am unsure that makes it a favorite but it makes it signal, for me, like Full Metal Jacket and oh gosh, for the same reason, The Deer Hunter. Oh lord, then there is The English Patient, and The World According to Garp. Okay okay, I still go back to 2001 A Space Odyssey as favorite
