So are we going there or not? Catlind had to give back the rooms last sunday, I believe. 
Did she? ???
Did she hang on, catlindwise? 
Do we have rooms and a convention to come to? 
More importantly: are you coming??? 
I am, and I do want some company when I get there...

I'm sorry to say that I will not be attending. My hon and I had planned on going cause we sail there all summer long. But we sold our boat on Saturday and are in the process of buying another one. The new one will not be ready for sailing for some time yet. (7'6" draft!!!!) The only way we could afford to go was by sleeping on the boat. Now...well, we just can't afford it.
Don, I'm sorry we won't be able to take you sailing this year. But if you don't mind waiting a year or 2, you just might be able to. And in a lot more space too!

Yup I still have the rooms. Am holding on to them until the end of the month (as long as I can continue to avoid phone calls from the resort LOL).
The convention is ON. At this point there is no going back, the convention is a go even if no one shows up. It will just mean some fancy footwork to figure out the room rates. I do not have 50 registrants as of yet. I do know that the webpage wasn't up to date last time I checked, so keep sending in the registrations and try to get there, the weather promises not to snow!
