One day vacation

For the last two weeks my HAs have been unusual, more frequent than usual, but not as severe. Then yesterday morning I got up without my usual morning shadow and got ready to go to work without getting hit at 11 oclock and worked right through my 5pm HA. Actually worked late because I didn't know what time it was without it! Got called out on an emergency plumbing run and was able to complete it without being knocked down. Got back intime to catch the tail end of my son's baseball game. (First one I've been able to make) Got home feeling very well and even went to bed WITH my wife for the first time in weeks! Slept through the night and woke without the alarm this am. Spent some time with the wife and took a nap until noon! In all, over ten hours of glorious SLEEP! I had almost forgotten what that was! Then this afternoon I was moving my daughter to her new apartment. (She is marrying on next Sat! ) While moving her I unwittingly carried a container with perfumed soap in it. She had been saving it until she was out of the house, and forgot it was in the container until to late. That was at 4:30 and I have been back on my regular schedule since, with some really bad ones. Don't know if it was because of the perfume or if the beast had just taken a day to rest up and really nail me. I'm not whining. I'm just remembering what it felt like to feel GOOOOOD for a day. Hoping at least one PGDAN for each of you, jc p.s. When I start feeling sorry for myself I think of a lady at church with MS. She always has a smile and encouragement for everyone else although she is no longer able to walk or care for herself. I won't die from this!

Good Morning Kid, I'm hoping this finds you after another pain free night of blissful sleep... Even one good night seems like a gift sometimes...it does to Blake. I found it interesting about the perfumed soaps....who knows for sure about anything with these SoB headaches. Certain perfumes can set Blake off.....certain others make him get a really aggravated feeling...same thing with raw onions. I like your attitude, Kid.....hang in there... Good luck, father of the bride... Jacks

Maybe this is a sign that the beast is getting ready to leave. I'm glad you had that PF day. We all here can relate to that. Hope he is (beast) packing his bags now as we speak. suzy

KID..... you remind me of someone... ??? Glad you were able to get a respite, PF times are golden nuggets of treasure arent they? You have a great attitude, positive outlook is certainly difficult to come by when you are getting hammered all the time. GOOD for YOU! Pepperoo

That's GREAT news. Glad you got to share some some PF time with your family. 10hrs of sleep has to be the biggest surprise. Hopefully you get more breaks like that soon, grant
