Running & CH's

I'm in a cycle now that seems to have been started/aggrevated by my after-work runs.
I get a CH within 30 following my 3-5 runs but I'm not sure if it's more the Demon's afternoon stop watch or the exursion that is triggering the CH's.  I read that exursion is a trigger, along with stress, etc.
Has anyone else have a problem after running or heard of this triggering CH's?
Thanks,
Joe

I've always thought it was the resting period, the "come down" from the exercise. As soon as I feel myself relax after....bang

I'm new at this so I don't know if my IM went through to you.
As I wrote, the CH's DO hit during that relaxation, post-run endorphin filled period following my runs.  It seems the longer the run 6mi +, the worst & faster the CH hits.
Have you found that you get a CH after EVERY run? I pray that's not the case as I value my running so much & would have to give it up during my CH cycle.

I had to give up working out because sure as shit....every time I did, I would have my worst headaches within a couple of hours after. Sounds like you may be in the same boat....

I don't run or exercise (although I should LOL) and I still get these damn things so I say, don't let the beast keep you from doing what you want to do!!

Just my opinion.

Hi Joe.  When I used to do a cardio workout I could count on getting a bad CH exactly 2 hours later.
