You select three objects that are separated from where you will be doing the technique. Let's say you're going to lie down on your couch. No Jonny, Sting is not a homo and you are right Maggie he does practice Tantric sex. Which means that he basically can maintain..... for 8 hours or more and give more pleasure to the female.
I love Sting! No Sting bashing. He is married and has like 4 or 5 kids. Been married a loooong time too. And this is his 2nd wife.

Number one, I have to assume that is it Asuka, cuz I can't find anything on Asucka.
Chakra = Wheel
Asuka = to fly, bird or a flying bird
Having to do with yoga... there is a yoga site by Asuka.
Chakra is ancient sanskrit
Asuka is ancient japanese
So..... it must have to do with the ancient yoga position, "Stupid fucking bird flew under my wheel"

I, uhh, saw this catalog once, and it wasnt mine, but I saw it, and it had all these videos in it, not that I was interested, but I was just looking, and the videos were of guys in this one yoga position sucking themselves off, for real, there are those out there that can do that and I bet they stay in a lot, not that I like that kinda thing, but I was stranded in this room and the only thing there was this catalog and then I was drugged and THEY were controlling my brain and they made me look and then they made me remember.
So, my official guess is: A yoga position where a guy can asucka on himself. Makes all you guys out there want to learn yoga, yeah?
