Whats up with these symptoms?

I was wondering if anyone else out there had ever had these symptoms. I have had CH for years pretty regular. On the right side. Now the pain is in my neck (carotid artey). Had an MRI all was ok. And the pain still reponds to oxygen and vigourous excercise. But man, it feels like some is crushing my teeth with a pair of vice grips. Thinking about going back to the neuro to see whats up. I know he's going to look at me like I'm crazy.

Your symptoms don't sound to unusual. Most of us feel the pain in the teeth and jaw area. Click on the blue below to get a picture of the trigeminal nerve (the orange colored one). Trace it down and you can see how close it is to the teeth/jaw and the artery. http://www.clusterheadaches.org/library/general/trigeminal_pic.htm from the OUCH web site, a drawing of the Trigeminal Nerve

I have never had it before, but this cycle I have had extreme pain in my top teeth during attacks. Like I really need something else to hurt. I I also have had the tests to see if there was something wrong with the carotid artery. Nothing there. Hope you have better days soon. els.
