TWO DAYS.... WooHOO!!!

You GUYS..
We're moving into our new house in TWO days.. there's so much to do.. no time to do it ... and no one to help!! Argggggg!!
But, since you all are my family too.. I thought I would show you all a picture.. since JONNY was nice enough to make me a web page so that I can post it. (I LOVE YOU JONNY!!) ;D

So, she's just a normal house.. but very big inside, and very nice inside. I didn't like the deck being on the front of the house at first, but it grows on ya.. and the lake is in front of the house.. so that's why it was put there. It's very peaceful, and very quiet there, and I just cant wait.
I just wanted to share .... 
OH i have a question for ya.. maybe you could help Ramon and I figure this one out. 
WHAT do we do under the deck?? We cant just leave it like that!! BUT I dont want flowers.. cuz I dont want bees around when I'm sitting on the deck.... ya know ??
so what should we do with it?? Neither one of us are "landscapers".. so any help or suggestions would be good.
Thanks for letting me share.. I'm so friggin excited. Our very first house.. it only took us 17 years!! LMAO!

Not sure about landscaping under the deck but it would be a good place to hang a porch swing.

That would be cool, but there's not enough room... i can BARELY stand up under it. and i'm short..
BUT.. a hammock..never thought of that before.. that would be cool.. in the shade under the deck..
would that look stupid?? I dont know.. but i still dont know what to do with all the weeds n stuff under there. they have hostas in there now, but i HATE THOSE!! i'm tearin those OUT!!!

AS for the under side of the deck, Woobs if ya don't care about the windows you could always close it in with lattice, and if ya don't wont anything to grow under there at all for years, you can buy a chemical called "Primatol" it is a soil killer, so that NOTHING can grow, then you can put some sort of Deco stone under there so that it wont be muddy.
If you care about the windows, you can still put the chemical under there and the stone, and plant a short evergreen type bush all the way around the outer edge of the under deck area.
There's a number of things you can do, those are just off the top of my head. I used to do some landscaping when i done heavy equipment operating.

BTW you can buy the "Primatol" at just about any Lowes or Home Depot, or the equivalent there of. Don't use "Round Up" under there unless you don't mind spraying pretty often and then you'll end up with a bunch of dead weeds that you'll have to pull all the time.

If I come down there and get drunk and sleep under that porch, I believe thats called a trifecta because I've done it in Wisconsin and Minnesota also ; Another plus is if I die under there and you throw dirt on me, it is guaranteed nothing will ever grow under there!
