why do i get so mean!!!

I have come to realize that i am not a nice person with the beast insice me. I am soooo angry inside. Does anyone else feel this way? Im read to snap at any given minute

Since I'm always in cycle, this is an easy one to answer, but maybe not easy to put into practice.
If you let the beast turn you into an angry person, you're letting him take away a part of you that he has no right to. After a hit....when he is through with you.....try with all you have, to smile and laugh, live your life for all you're worth.
If I let him affect me in that way.....I'm letting him win. And that just ain't gonna happen.

I think a change in personality (for the worse) is inevitable when you're getting slammed upside the head for any length of time.

You know, I've found that I've actually been happier in between the hell.  ;D(relief, you think?) But I swear to God, when I'm getting attacked, watch out ! Embarassing to say, but during this cycle, I had a argument with my BF. I could feel it building, and I gave in, said you win, can't argue anymore. Well, I got yelled at(and pushed) and I lashed out. Smacked him out of my face before I could stop myself. That's my horror story of what the beast has turned me into at times. Hopefully it'll be the first and last time I get pushed to that extreme.  Since then, I completely isolate myself until it's over. Don't feel like such a meanie anymore,do you, Catherine? ;D Anyone else with some horror stories, or am I the only aggro one? I'm usually laid back & easy going, nothing bothers me...when I'm about to get an attack or having an attack, very different story, I'm very nasty & ready to kill someone. The other night my girlfriend came in while I was under attack & asked if i was okay...I threw a pillow & a few choice words at her. I have no idea why. I am aware this will happen & try to very hard to stay nice but there is no chance. I'm really lucky she understands & don't hold it against me....

I am normally a very nice person and easy going but when I am getting hit stay far away from me, don't look at me and dont touch me, etc. because I will blow your head off rather than deal with you. Its PMS magnified 100x. lol
