Jill, WOW.........thought it was time to make a new post..........3 pages is WAY too long to drift through in reading the "worse and worse" one..........SOoooooo on a brighter note:

I am taking what I can get for right now and being thankful for it.
No day has been totally painfree because the nights are always bad but....
the days have been better - no heavy hits and just the shadows to deal with.
One day at a time - baby steps is what it takes and what I do....
