OUCH Cookbook Update

I had a meeting with the publisher of the cookbook on Monday. When I turned everything in on the date they specified, they quoted me a price, and gave me the 'estimate' in writing, but when I went in for the meeting this week, they doubled the price of the publishing on me. Then after telling me the price had doubled, they informed me that they couldn't give me a 'final' price until the book was done. At that point they were up to about $4000.00. I responded back with a few very unladylike words, gathered the book up, and left.
Then, I proceeded down the road to the local, neighborhood Kinko's. Kinko's is going to publish the OUCH cookbook. The only problem is that I have to now retype the whole *&%$#$$*& book. Kinko's deadline for having it done is much shorter than the publishing company. So now we have time to collect more recipes.
I know there are some new people on the board, and there are definitly some not so new one's who haven't sent in recipes.
So, here we go again with the begging part,
PLEASE SEND ME RECIPES
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE

Ha! I knew there'd be more time. Now I need to finally type in those few more for you.
BTW, thanks for doing all the organization. ;D I also have had to deal with publishers on occasion, but the one that we use when we publish technical work is great. (Hanser-Verlag)

Kinkys will do a good job. Will there be a centerfold?
