They are back. I haven't had a headache since last June. They hit yesterday. I think it has something to do with the weather. They are only shadows right now, but I can feel them building. I just hope that it is not a long cycle. The last cycle lasted about 2 and 1/2 months. Here's to hoping.

I am sooooo sorry. I know the feeling all too well. I myself am due in a couple of months and have continued to have shadows and 'tingles" since the last cycle. I hope it is a short short cycle for you. PF vibes your way.
