Why is my computer blocking you guys?

All right guys, I can see you guys trying to Yahoo me, but the computer is blocking everyone. How do I fix that?

OK, privacy thing was set to block cookies. It will now accept Yahoo messenger cookies.
I think that will fix it. ???
