So much for remisssion

I am at the (hopefully) tail end of a kip7. I am so sick of this. Last night I slept for 6 straight hours, today the I get light shadows around 10:00 am, and tonight at 7:40, I get a kip7. My boss thinks I am bullshitting her. If she could see me now, with my eye all swollen. tears streaming down my cheeks, she would have a better understanding. Tomorrow I see the neuro. I hope he can help me. This is not a life. This is an existence I am being forced to call a life. Starting to subside, little by little, jab by jab.

Through the corridors of sleep, past the shadows dark and deep, my mind dances and leaps in confusion. I don't know what is real, I can't touch what I feel, and I hide behind the shield of my illusion

Silver - I am sorry you are in pain. We've all been there. When you see the neuro - make sure you walk away with all your questions answered and scripts for Oxygen, another abortive (I use Imitrex) and a preventative (I use Verapamil). Hang tough and let us know how it goes domm

Barry, Copy some of the information from this website and give it to your boss. (Or have you already done that?) Sounds like she needs some serious educating. Wishing you the best. StanTheMan

Sorry you are having such a hard time Silver dolphins. It will pass. Stan the man had a great idea! Bosses are suspicious characters ( I know - I are one!) and often think staff are skiving off when they're really ill. Informing this alleged human about your situation may change her attitude. You'll know more after you've seen the neuro, and hopefully will find some relief. hang in there mate Thinking of you BIG BEAR HUGS from the brikki chikki firebrix
