SOOOOOOOO Happy today!

OK, I know this board is about CH, but some of you know about my friend, Sandy, who is dying from IPF (inherited pulmonary fibrosis). She is at the end of her long and difficult road, currently at Stanford ICU in the last stages of lung falure. Her disease is genetic, and all of the mebers of her immediate family are already dead from this horrible and relentless monster. We have buried her mom, her brother Ralph and her sister Janel, each one going through a horrible lingering death from a slow suffocation. Well... wasn't that uplifting? I wanted to share some SPECTACULAR news.... Sandy, who was in-and-out of a coma this weekend and was very near death from lung failure, recieved an emergency lung transplant Sunday morning. My hands are shaking as I type this, I am so happy. Of course, there is a long and painful recovery, and she is not out of the woods by any stretch of the imagination. Her heart has been severely damaged from lack of oxygen and her body needs to accept the new lung, but this is the best possible turn of events we could have hoped for. So, believe it or not, I saw this in a vision two weeks ago. Maybe it was hopeful thinking, maybe not, but I saw Sandy getting a new lung and recovering from surgery. I knew this to be absolute fact at the time, and I told her about this vision. Part of the reason I was so devestated last week was it seemed that this vision was not going to become reality. Now I know that I was being stupid; not believing something that had been revealed to me in no uncertain terms. I am not a psychic, I'm not able to pick and choose what information I see, but when I see it, I know it and I have never been wrong. Simply amazing. Happy happy happy. I can't believe this. I am so glad to have tears of joy instead of just tears! -Fu

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Fubar, I know you may not know me as I left the board for a time, I have followed you dedication to your friend and I have been praying everyday for her to be able to beat this, I too have visions, and although many people don't believe in that ability I am so happy yours came true, I was unfortunate that my last vision came partialy tru but the person I was trying to prepair for the bad events to come felt I was attacking their family, The worst part of the vision happened and even though I never got to tell her the complete story because of the extreme resistance, I also believe in Miracles and believe me if Your friend beats pulmonary fibrosis it is a miracle and she has been touched by the hand of God. I will continue praying for her in the hopes that her body doesn't reject the new lungs. Your faith and friendship is a big part of her ability and medicational ability to go on, having faith even when there seems to be no hope, So to you Brother Fubar I say Kudo's Brother, standing by your friend in such a perilous situation takes a conviction beyond the bounds of just Love! She is Blessed to have someone in her corner that believes in the unbelievable, I also have this conviction and I am living proof, I have out lived my Hepatologist life expectancy by over 2 years now and I'm not quiting any time soon, as a good friend of mine is always telling me---NEVER GIVE UP AND NEVER GIVE IN, NEVER, EVER, EVER ,EVER GIVE UP! Pappy

I love this place. Fubar is one hell of a happy dude today. Thanks for all of your thoughts. Suzy, when we chat'd on Friday, I was at the end of my rope. I couldn't stop blubbering... I completely lost control of my emotions and was swept away by a tide of despair, agony and sadness. I swear I cried a gallon of tears. When I got news of the transplant, I lost it again. Only this time I was more than happy to lose control. Blessings like this don't come often, if ever, for anybody. I can't describe the feeling. I'm glad I could share it with all of you, my extended family, since we are usually co-miserating and not celebrating. -Fu

So very cool. I too, know about those visions and the resistance faced when trying to warn others. I’m not sure I like having them, and have tried to repress them all my life. I never ask for them, they just come. Some I try to ignore, but some of them feel so true, so absolute, that they can’t be ignored. I wish all of them could be of the wonderfully uplifting, good news kind like you had. Didn’t you just KNOW that it was right? I’ve learned that those are the only ones that I should share, unless the involved parties really know me. Great news….Keep it coming, David J.
