What a great feeling! Virginia (9erFan) and I had lunch with DJ yesterday. The very first clusterheadache sufferer I get to meet is the KING (sorry Jonny)! It was a lot of fun - too short though. 9erFan joined us and Fubar called - he was stuck at an offsite meeting. What a surprise that it became emotional for me...I actually found myself in tears within the first five minutes. After quickly composing myself, we had a fun lunch - we felt like old friends. DJ took some pictures which he is going to post... I will definately go to the next convention - I need to meet more of the family. Margi - per your request, I gave DJ a hug from you and Mike, and then a kick in the ass. (not really a kick - he would have killed me!) Chris

good for you, Chris - I'm glad you finally got to meet DJ. Lemme guess - he hit on the waitress, right? I hear ya about the emotional thing. It happened to us in Vancouver too. Leaving this group of idiots was one of the toughest things - so many hugs and lots of choking goin on. It's a family thing - and now YOU know what I'm talking about. Oh and thanks for kicking him for me.

I know that feeling. After i met my first clusterbud in RL ,i almost felt like i was born again. We are still close personal buddies, meeting over a cup of coffe just to share news or experience. Thats mean a lot for me My advice is to take care of this. We have a deal that if hit just call no matter what the clock is,and this is an extra "insurance for me and i think for him to Take care friends Svenn

YEP Chris, Now you know what we've all been talking about for so long. Most people have gone to tears after finally finding this site existed. But meeting people who you've been talking to as little black squiggles on a screen......well, that's the best. You're not the only one who felt so emotional after the first 5 mins, believe me. Hell, in Atlanta the night before we were all gonna have to leave, Nancy was blubbering and got everyone else started too. Linda
