Winter weather? Where?? Where I'm from, this is more like mid-spring weather. Hell... I even made it to werk on time, and didn't even skid all the way through any red lights either. LOL The only problem I have are the native PA people. Here they are... In their 4X4 SUVs with snow tires on... Going 25 mph in a 45 zone... Slowing down for every flake they see headin' for their vehicle. LOL PFDAN................................. Drk^Angel

I watched the snow fall all last night....it was beautiful. Had my time in it this morning, now time to warm with some hot cocoa and a book...well...homework anyways. Sounds good to me....if only I wasnt dancing with this beast every two hours or so ..... Thanks for checking in, sure is a wonderful sight to see and so much.... Jill

I'm in New Jersey and it's mounting up fast here-my husband is stranded in Las Vegas! Maybe he can win some money waiting for the plane to take off? I leave Sat. for 3 weeks in Hawaii and not a minute too soon! I love to ski, but I hate the snow on the roads and my driveway.

Here in the Tennessee Valley we only got a bunch of rain, dangit, I would like to see a little snow. Not as much as our neighbors in North Carolina have. They have had some deaths and several thousand folks are without power.

Here in Kansas City, it's just chilly and dry! We could sure use some moisture -- snow or otherwise. Very thankful we have a wood burning stove to help keep the house warm - not to mention keep the gas bill more managable. Ahh! nuthin' like wood heat! Smiles! StanTheMan

Up here in Boston snowy roads are a great excuse for sliding through red lights, mounting sidewalks, and traveling down the median strip of the Southeast Expressway. What the hell does "No turn on red mean" anyway? We mistake route numbers for speed l9imits alot. Route 128 is a blast!

| LOL - Stan!! ;D I probably wouldn't find that so funny if it wasn't so COLD here. (literally and figuratively!) LMAO!!! ahhhhummm ...... um....anyway...... Northern Illinois.. 5 degrees.. cold.. windy.. snow... typical. There's not as much snow on the ground as on the East coast, but still enought to make people in Chicagoland forget how to drive (as if.....). It's frikkin COLD man. Gonna try snowmobiling up in Wisconsin this year for the first time.. think that could be fun. Tina

Working in Princeton N.J. about 7 or 8 inches of Snow, and it's still coming down hard. Kinda gets you in the Holiday Spirit. Probably take me until tomorrow to get home. Jim

Ahhhhh... Wood heat... Reminds of last winter when I burned the downstairs apartment to keep my apartment warm... Don't know what I'll have to do this year... It's been a while since the last time a house on my block has burned down... Wonder if the neighbors would mind... PFDAN................................ Drk^Angel

Drk, ROFLOL!!! Hey Drk -- next time buy a wood stove before lightin' those fires! The heat will be much more managable, the neighbors won't complain about all the smoke, and you'll still have a place to live in!! ;D Yeah, I had a feeling my comment about "wood heat" would generate some laughs!! Wishing all PFDAN StanTheMan

| Slammy, babe... you're killin' me... Almost wrecked my car this morning...don't ask me what I drive... I guess it wouldn't have made much of a difference either way... Kim, at least out on the Island you can get away with the snow pile up... squeeze a snow day out.. here in the city its Slush-O-Rama.. and careful of the ICE under that... you might as join the Polar Bear Club if you're not careful.... Looked pretty looking out from the window though...

As a photographer in MA, The snow brings many picture oppertunities, landscapes and such. But this winter I'm putting together a collage. I'm taking pictures of every SUV I see off the side of the road, rolled over, on top of other vehicles...etc. Hopefully I'll get a few with the soccer moms face "but it's an SUV, I'm supposed to be able to drive normally in bad weather." SUV's are only good in snow if you know how to drive them. But again, great for a photographer. Gotta go for a drive! And yes, Rt 128 is a blast!
