Hello All,
As I stated in another post, I have not had access here for about 6 months because of internet restrictions at work. I signed up for the AOL free trial so you're all stuck with me til at least the end of the year when I move.
I'm glad to see alot of the same people here. Please don't think I am a foul weather friend for not being around, I was here quite a bit when I was pain free. But yes, the demon has been a pain in the ass. Seems to be breaking through the meds at will now. I believe I have joined our chronics on the board as it seems I can get hit all year long but the meds were keeping them at a minimum.
I did learn something when I was here. It seems vigorous exercise does help. I have aborted about 4 CH's in the last few days just by doing about 40 pushups!
Anyway, I'm glad to be back (I think) and looking forward to Charlie's posts that would have me laughing my ass off.

Welcome back Kevin,
The main thing IS that you found a way back, sorry to hear you may be chronic but hey....I been doing it for a long time so I think with our help you will get by.

Glad you came back to join in the "fun." Sorry you may be chronic but even Jonny knows what he's doing. Lots of strange ideas here.
The exercise thing has been discussed and it's one of the things for which we have had good reports. Keep it going.

Hey kevin- its good to see another pushup person. Its amazing that they work sometimes. I started with 50 or so and now i do about 300 to get thru or shorten the worst 10s. all totaled thru the night i bet i do 1000 plus with all the attacks. Its wierd but this has virtually replaced my pacing. allows concentration and damn if it dont work better than any med I ever tried. I do them against a countertop not on the floor though. Cause I cant get down there when it hurts. Keep it up man.
