When my wife discovered this place she was exited for us that there was a source of information and support for those of us who suffer this terrible affliction.
I express My greatest sympathies to those of you understanding individuals who have offered support and words of excellent advice and comfort.
This is my last post and I'm sure some of you will rejoice.
All I ever expected from anyone here were a few answers to my questions, and someone to listen.
Some of you stepped up without hesitation and others (not naming names) have been nothing but well....a pain. which is something I have enough of in my life.
No Doubt one or more of you will considder this a cop out or qutting. You could not be more wrong. I am merely redirecting my attentions to those and that which would be more productive.
I wanted advice and to help others understand the "beast" as best I could. And if anyone wishes to contact me personally and discuss their problems I will still listen the address is here to be had.
But... Apparently I am an Idiot and my opinions are not desired here, that has been made clear to me. I guess Ueli was right I AM a "moron". I am a moron for having put faith in the likes of those on this site who would berate someone for trying to understand their situation and offer suggestions as to how to acheive a common goal.
Again I digress.... let it be well known that I have never expressed superiority and or perfection in my dealings in anything, NOR that my problems are worse than everone elses , apparently, that was wrong of me although I fail to see how.
Once again....Thank you to all who have tried to help, you know who you are. And to those who are "coping" by belittling others on this site for their inexperience with CH it is a wonder that you are still alive. quite the survival tactic you have developed.
And now.....I take my leave. Good Day.

Please re-read the other message thread before you decide to take leave. It was a good (funny AND positive) debate with lots of points raised. That's how this family works - like most families do. There are disagreements and sometimes name-calling, but at the end of the day it's still YOUR family. Pull up a chair, have a drink and get to know the players. You will probably end up liking them. Also, you have something to add to this group.

Come on Captain, a couple of thoughts on posts in general.
The posts you offered have generated a fair amount of good, intelligent discussion. That is a valuable resource here. I for one enjoy the ruminations we are able to generate on this board. It keeps me from being bored and just may have a positive effect on the management of this terrible affliction most of us share. I see two sides agreeing for the most part and would hate to see you go over something as silly as this volly has been.
Get some backbone Capt., its just words, not all nice and courteous, but still just words. Go and calm down a little and come back and post some more, you are a member, aren't you? You have been more than capable of taking care of yourself, why is this so different?
If you must go.........goodbye and good luck, but I would much rather you stay

Long and short of it dude? I posted a message and got majorly flamed several weeks ago - it was the first post I had done in a year or so because I was pain free and didn't come when I was pain free.
Well, after getting flamed, I could easily have left. But instead, I continued to post, continued to have fun, and before you know it, this republican preacher is having a good time with the likes of a whole bunch of twisted democrats. People don't always agree on here, but 3 things we all agree on is that pain sucks, and meegrainers whine, and most docs don't know their neurology any more than a tent peg.
Stick it out man.......we'll miss yer moronic ways if you aren't here, just like they would miss my "voice of reason" if I weren't here.

I think that you have a lot to offer this place and I have seen it. I remember your post to me, though small, it meant alot!
