So, now that another festive cluster season is upon me, & I can't touch a BEER (gawd help me), I've been sucking down coffee with great aplomb. Sheesh. Is there some point where it stops reducing the depth of that ice-pick in the eye and turns into a trigger? Rebound effects? Kinda tired of scraping the caffine sheen off my face with a putty knife. Counting the days till the end of this little session.....however many that'll be.
I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than this frontal lobotomy.

As far as the coffee (NOPE) SUK IT UP. SUK IT UP!(won't hurt ya unless your unhealthy to begin wit LOL). I suggest God awful amount accompanied by Dave Matthews at first onset!!!!
(Seriously..........  ) Beats the alternative ;D Also, afta ya swig the coffee and twitch to DM, run around the block - pitch dark - neekid. Let me know how it goes

I found that Imitrex works muck better on a caffene buzz. Next cycle I'm going to try to find jolt. PJB

I've found that too much coffee can be a trigger for me. I drink coffee all day anyway, but I have to watch it when I'm in a cycle. I drink a half cup or less instead of a full one. When I feel one coming I slug it down though.
I share your pain about stayin away from the beer. I don't drink alot, but I sure do like a cold pacifico with dinner on saturday night. *sigh*
