Hey Svenn, how nice of you to want to help out your friend

I haven't had any experience with the onset of ch from dental work, but have read some about it here before.  Not sure if it was a trigger or not.

HEY  EVERYONE.........if you could please give Svenn some kind of info to report back to his friend in Norway with him, I'm sure he'd be most happy.

Know I didn't help much pal, but at least I bothered to leave you a response after reading your post.  Hopefully others will too.

Take care til we talk again.....hoping you're marvelous still,
EDNA

Svenn,

Just in the last month I've had two, three hours sessins in the dental chair doing onlays (like crowns) on teeth on the same side as my CH, and no adverse effect from it.  I thought I might be more sensitive on that side, but she gave me 9 shots of novacaine and I felt as if I had a stroke, so no CH was going to bother me!!  (come to think of it, my wife said I LOOKED as if I'd had a stroke too!  LOL!).  But, no increased # or pain level from the dental work....of course it wasn't surgery, just my mouth open for 3 hours (that hurst in and of itself if ya have TMJ as I do!)  - Jim R
