Yo, BobG - I called Dr. Dodick's office at the Mayo Clinic but was told there's no more info to be had now nor is it a readily available treatment at the present (I imagine insurance companies aren't exactly jumping on the bandwagon to pay for it). Told me to call back in 4 or 5 months. Damn - here I was packing to hop a train for Scottsdale... Oh well - would've probably just led to a bad case of LNS (lumpy neck syndrome)...
