Sure sounds like clusters to me.  I'm sorry you're going through this, but you've landed on probably the best source on the internet for information about coping with life in Clusteropolis.
Tell us what meds you're on? Oxygen is the most popular abortive here, followed closely by Imitrex.
If you go to www.clusterheadaches.org (or just click the OUCH website button at the left) and click on the first menu above the map, find the item marked 'Recommended Doctors'. These are cluster knowledgeable doctors, sorted by area, recommended by sufferers here. It's a good start, anyways, and then read everything you can in the buttons to the left. So much to go through, but a cluster encyclopaedia at the click of your mouse!

Ok. Short history. An episodic since -95, diagnosed -02.
Been lurking here since february, never posted before, I guess I haven't really had anything to say or not been annoyed enough. Now I am.

So you guys didn't see any point in Jules71's 2nd post in this thread? I kind of did and could understand why he was a bit annoyed. He probably hasn't lurked here as long as I and doesn't know the "customs". So what? You big fishes in this small (but imformative and ofter helpful) pond need to relax a bit and not take yourselves so seriously? I mean we're all on the same side, aren't we? No need to flip noobs off (so quickly, at least).Or at least put a smiley in the end, even if the "offender" didn't!

I kind of expected that kind of answer.
Now that we have exchanged pleasantries I'll get to the point.
IMO:
You might want to consider if it would be better to kick people who have been registered, say, after 1.1.1999 out so they won't ruin your hmm 9-man(ish) parties.
OR. Relax a bit. We (you and I) are not so important as we sometimes feel. No need to get (so) abusive if we feel we are insulted. Or do it at least "intelligently", those F Offs are kinda boring. Except to people who are drinking with their old buddies, everything sounds funny to them.
Some of you might be of the type that gets initially on peoples nerves, gets told to F off and calms down and is an ok person after that. Contributes a lot to the community afterwards.
But consider this: Since this community is so old, you oldtimers get weary of these annoying noobs. And there's more than 1 of you now. So instead the old F off, the newcomer is greeted by a dozen of them. Since he/she might not have thickened his/her skin during years of using the internet, he/she F's off and will never get the rough edges smoothed out and we will lose a (future) valuable member.
But I guess you've made up your mind.
And no, I won't let the door hurt me.
I know that I'm a sarcastic a**hole, but I still think those are somewhat valid points.

Well my CH doesn't seem to have any peculiarities, and you guys have the basics (and the more advanced stuff) pretty well covered. I haven't even used any (other than useless) over-the-counter meds yet.
So I'm kind of trying to be helpful, in those areas that I can and in my holier-and-wiser-than-thou -way.
I don't deliver my messages very smoothly, but so don't the people I'm "talking" to so we should understand each other just fine.

My bad, I guess. I thought those rules applied for everybody. I know my attitude sucks, but I also know that me and Jules are not the only ones in this thread..
