Old Pappy say's arrrrgggg!
I would suffer the pain and indignaty of a billion cluster attacks and walking butt naked through the Vatacan to NOT inflict the pain and agony and anguish that leaving the legacy of a quitter to nth degree would surely place on all those that have suffered right along with me,supported and loved and felt completely helpless while they watched and listened to me endure this malady.
Thought about it, almost did it, but the verse above is why after 34 years of this daily demon, Sailpappy Lives, to smell the sweet aroma of new life(well OK sometimes not so sweet!) but yet, an aroma unlike any other, to have a wee little hand grasp yer finger as if it were a Giants pinkey finger and to hear those first Coo's and feel the adulation of the wee one when he senses yer presence in the room, for he knows you are the very strength of life that he will depend on for so many year, and Gas or not?, to see those first smiles and hear the giggles and even having to sit up when your so ehausted you can barely function, because your child or Grandchild is ill and needs his pappy.
My name is called out in the darkness without concious thought,because they know I am here to take care of them, not MaMa or Daddy, but Pappy! and had I done the deed, I would never have had the chance to give them the chance at a good life!
My slant on reincarnation is this, Energy comes in precise forms and life's energy is no different, I believe when you body dies, your Life'senergy leaves this host and seeks out a new space in another living space in need of Life's energy. If that is reincarnation, well then so be it, over 20 years have passed since my last thought of the S word and looking back I can't even begin to count the things that I was blessed with as a reward for suffering a simple Cluster attack!
For my Children and Grandchildren, I want to leave a legacy of Bravery,Compassion,Selflessness and Love that will enfluence their every decission. Not shame for Pappy gave up and quit by choice, even in the face of Death now, I spit and laugh, I will fight for every second I can squeese out and relish each for the gift that it truely is! Love the Family here that I would never have met if I had quit 20 years ago! Pappy Loves you all!
