I hope to find you all in good health and H/A free. I have not been visited by the demon in over 1 1/2 year. Well, no cycle anyway. Sometimes I feel it trying to come back. When it does, I smoke pot and eat sweets.  Jonny, I hope you are well.. If you remember me, mail me and let me know how it's going. take care Y'all
