Hi everyone I have suffered CH for 22 years It Started in 1980, for 4 years I was seeing Doctors and neurologists who could not determine what I was suffering from, plenty of medication but to no avail. For years and years I treated the CH as migraine taking painkillers that had no effect. I was searching the internet in 1999 when I came across a site (don't remember what one) that described exactly what I was suffering from. I have not had a CH since early 2000. Now 2 weeks ago it came back. I had almost forgotten the sleepless nights and the pacing and screaming. I am glad to find a site with so much info and support. I have read lots of your posts and comments and I hope to pass on any info that might be helpful to any of you, although it seems most of you have your own special way of dealing with CH. Cheers nostrebor

Welcome aboard. I know this site was changed at one point ... perhaps that was the site you visited. The "old gang" could tell you about that. I am just a newbie here. Welcome though, and sorry you are suffering once again.

Welcome, Nost, Your 22 years hit home for me. I had episodic clusters for 22 years. Had a 5 year remission, then had my last one 2 1/2 years ago. Hope all goes well for you and that your next remission period is longer than the last one. Maria

Welcome to the board! Sorry that the beast is using your cranium as a baseball, hitting it so high, that when it falls back to the Earth, it burns up on re-entry with the atmostphere. Welcome to the family! PFDAN........................ Drk^Angel

Welcome to the asylum. Everyone here knows the deal. It's something we'd all like to pass up. Still, if you stick around, you'll find something here or some way to mitigate this horror. Glad to have you and new blood is always needed. Charlie
