Ok, hope all of you had a really nice weekend. I sure did. My husband and I went camping with three of my sisters and their families in western PA .. a real camping extravaganza cause with my family its always over the top. Invite 3 families and end up with 20 people (all related and nuts). I keep laughing and remembering the little things that made the weekend so special ...
 The volleyball we played ... some of us athletic some of us not .... but lots of laughs and lots of encouragement for those of us that never hit the ball.
 The beautiful weather that allowed us to smim till our hearts content .... and then take an afternoon nap.
 The meals that should have been catered but weren't .... try and feed that many people cooking over a campfire. One meal rolls in to the next and the next and the next ......... and you gotta have snacks in between !!!! Whose shift is it on cooking ???
 My niece playing the guitar and us all singing around the campfire ... yea, we even did the old beatles songs ..... along with all the required "jamboree" girl scout songs. What a hoot passing down the good stuff to the younger ones !!!
 The kids as they got sleepy crawling in to whoever's lap was available .... just not quite ready to pack it in ... just wanting to hang out with everyone.
Does life get any better than this ????????????
Even with the headaches and shadows ... I think not.

Nancy, Glad you were able to enjoy some quality time. I had a great weekend as well, camping with family and friends and racing my stock car. Times like this are what keeps me going and dealing with the rough nights. Also racing seems to keep the demon away.....maybe its adrenaline maybe it's just to scared to ride in the car with me!

Nancy, so glad you had a great weekend. It's that living that makes life so wonderful. The times when memories are made for a lifetime and talked and laughed about at family gatherings for years

I spent time with my cousin, played with the baby, drank beer, played with the dog, drank beer, took lots of pictures, drank beer, ate a steak, drank beer, and watched fireworks. Ran out of beer.
