I agree with you Hub, and think this is the a true post written. I think DJ should make it a a side bar button.
I am having a small problem quiting smoking. I have cut way way back. I also have changed the way I eat now. It took one visit with Jackie and when I came home I was eatting better. Three meals a day. I even cook dinner  !!!!
I don't drink !
My grandbaby will no longer let me sit at my computer for any amount of time. When he is awake and I come to the computer he pulls my arms and turns my chair untill I get the point and go do my daily excersice, I crawl a lot on the floor with him, he rides my back and we run all over the house he likes that. In the afternoon He and I are play ground buddies.
When you get to be my age Hub you don't have sex you just talk about it!!!
Its nice to have a life again !!!!!

Hey Elaine.....speak for yourself - I'm 51 and still love sex  !!!
Yes, I smoke but in moderation. I rarely drink and I am extremely active with a full time job , a kennel business at home that keeps me busy and moving and I walk almost everyday all year round. I rarely watch TV and I am up at 5:30 AM most days and on the go until I hit the pillow around 10 PM. I am single so I take care of everything myself. A sedentary life I do not have.
I cannot stop for my CH's. The kennels need to be cleaned and the dogs fed and exercised. My full time job is 24/7 on call and if the phone rings in the middle of the night I have to deal with it. I am lucky I work from home with all the necessary elements at my fingertips for my job.
Thank goodness for O2 and Imitrex. It just makes life a bit easier!!!

I don't drink, and don't do drugs, the only drug I take is Celexa (anti-depressant as a preventative and anti-depressant). I do smoke, and have been told many times by Dr's that is a big no no that it will worsen and trigger CH's. Although during the 2 years I was smoke free the CH's started. I was always fit - I was pregnant with my last and swam at the pool doing 50 laps 3 times a week. The CH's started in earnest 4 months after he was born. I also have a Interstitial Cisternal Herniation (pituitary gland with a hernia) so who knows if the hormones triggered my CH's to go full blown. Yes exercise diet and healthy lifestyle will help EVERYONE with almost ANY illness or physical problem, that doesn't mean it is the cure for CH's. It is a step we can all take to make the demon less demonic perhaps, but I don't believe that's all there is to it.
