i have found that when i have worked shifts the lack of a sleep program totally knocks my sleeping pattern and i found that when i was working two days, two nights and two off, i wasnt having a cycle but one started due to the lack of sleeping pattern, so the lack of sleep due to my body not wanting to sleep during the day i had a really bad attack so hence the vicious circle, headaches as i couldnt sleep and couldnt sleep because of my headaches, any one have any tips or thougts? thanks kelly_dawn

I've worked a rotating shift for 30+ years, changing shifts each week. It can really screw up the eating (some days I eat and some days I don't) and sleeping cycles. It's kind of like having jet-lag that lasts forever. I have to be careful about getting the internal clock reset or I'll become over tired/hungry and that can bring on an attack. If I get the clock reset early in the new week I don't have any problems.
