After reading all the responses to the question I asked about head trauma I have come to one conclusion. 95% of the people on this site can GO FUCK THEMSELVES!
There have been lots of other posts from very innocent sufferers, and tons of times there questions have been answered with sarcasm. (Check the previous posts, Hit this under search, hit that under search BLAH BLAH BLAH! Geeze, I'm sorry! I'm sorry that I don't know everything about this site! And I'm also sorry that I don't fit the criteria of the classic CH sufferer according to some people (You know who you are!)
I apologize for all NEWBIES for not knowing how the site operates or all of the questions that are in the archives under the REASEARCH button and how to research them! And thats what they are as the word says, NEWBIES! But you know what? You CH Nazis can have your little personal web site and all of the stupid bullshit topics that you want to talk about. I do not want to be a part of it anymore.
There are many good people on this site, unfortunately the CLUSTER NAZI not a very nice personS seem to outnumber the compasionate patient people who actually belong here!
I want to thank all of the people who have helped me in the past or have answered questions for me.
I would also like to thank all of the non-caring not a very nice persons who just like to bitch about a question that seems dumb to them, because hey, THEY KNOW IT ALL. (Just ask them!) Remember, If you think a question is dumb, Then don't answer it! Unless of course you have no life and just like to listen to yourself bitch about things, which I'm guessing is the case in most instances! Actually its not a guess, I'm sure its the truth!

Jimbo, I am sure all of us have been insulted at one time or another .... stick with us newbies ....cause you just gotta share your mistakes with me so I don't get crucified !!!! There are lots of good people here ... I know, I have met them. Take the smart comments with a grain of salt ... sometimes someone is just trying to be funny and we don't take it the right way. Hope you stick around .... our group isn't all that big !!!!

I am real sorry you feel that way. There is more to this place than the words written here. The common bond of suffering with clusters, is a strong one. Please try not to take what myself, and others write, personally. I am still here if you need any questions answered, or someone to talk to.

When I first came here I blabbered on WAY worse than you ;D And I had my day of feeling exactly like you. It is difficult to find your way sometimes. I'm STILL learning. I got so upset one day about something now that look back on with regret, but hope that it will in time work itself out. In order to do that, STAMINA and KEEP THE FAITH. 
Now, here's some advice from a new oldie ;D: When you are feeling good, sign on and start clicking those buttons over on the left ova there. At the ouch website look for the library and start clicking again. Also, visit the post archives and check some out each day. You will FLIP! 
Don't give up! Things work out.

Please don't go.....don't leave another newbie (a supporter newbie) alone in the lion den (just kidding vets). Seriously, I know what you mean. You feel like you'd better look up every darn thing before you mention it, or someone's going to go into a tizzy about it. Just keeping up with the posts each day is really time consuming and then if you miss something and then ask about it...whoa, are you going to get pummeled? What are the rules? If it has been talked about before, it can't be discussed again unless it's accompanied by groveling about how sorry you are that you may be repeating information?? That's the impression that's being given. So, I know how you feel, however, I don't know this group of people yet, but I do get the feeling that the majority are really caring people who have been dealing with this CH problem and all its pain and related frustrations. There's alot of knowledge here and alot of comfort. I'm here because my husband has CH and I want to find out everything I can so that I can help him. I'm also hoping that he'll join the group one of these days. I also want the comraderie of relating to people who understand CH. I'm willing to test the waters here, join in the banter (cuz that's fun and ya need to laugh once in awhile!) and see how it goes. I'm just going to learn as much as i can from the archives and the infamous "buttons" because that's my responsibility and then,if I happen to repeat something, oh well, too bad! There's enough understanding, kind people that will help out and I'll ignore the others. Why don't you hang out for awhile longer and see if you might just change your mind.

I've recently taken a vow to not get into this recurring whine-fest between the different coloured sneetches here - i.e. newbies vs. oldtimers. But this really takes the cake.
Yeah, I've been here 4 years. Yeah, i wrote a couple of the buttons at the left. That makes me a Nazi now, huh? Hmm.
Well, so be it then. I do have to make a point, however. Maybe I'm different, but I sure wouldn't come into a room full of people that have been in this room already for a long time - folks who have put pictures up on the walls, done some repainting, etc. and start barking orders as to how meetings are to be conducted. Nor would I ask if they knew where I could find a certain painting, when it's already sitting on the wall in front of my face. I think i'd be more comfy just sitting in on a few meetings and trying to learn a little first. But that's just me.
Don't cut off your noses to spite your faces, newbies....us Nazis actually DO have some valuable info on the walls here and if you take the time to get to know us for a little while before you start snapping orders, you'd be surprised the lengths we will go to find relief for your pain.
Just my Nazi way of thinking I guess.

Jimbo, I hope you realize that any headache with the intensity of clusters have a negative effect on our personalities. The pain seems to change me in ways I don't like and I have to fight to stay myself. I have looked back at some of my posts and say "What was I thinking when I wrote that", I wasn't thinking, I was in pain. Some of us come off rather rough at times but in the end most of us have something helpful to say. I was put off by the posting of a member but I kept reading ther posts and then they go and say something that really helps me. Hope this helps

Hope your day is going better, I just wanted to let you know, hang in there. Most are willing to answer questions. I'm pretty new to the nasty clusters, but my brother has had them for over 5 years. We both have had head injuries back when we were kids, but don't know if that added to our having clusters. I've done lots of reading, but who knows for SURE.

How many times have we seen this movie?
Here's an idea. Why don't we all go to one of the medical publication sites, like PubMed or Headache Journal. Find a CH article. Take the name of the doc who wrote it. Search out his/her e-mail and send them a nice note telling them how much OUCH appreciates the research they're doing and offer our help in any future studies.
Just a thought.

"I just finished reading your paper on ...... On behalf of OUCH, the world's only cluster headache support organization, I want to thank you for your fine research into cluster headaches.
OUCH has access to thousands of cluster sufferers and we would delighted to assist in any future research projects or surveys.
Once again, thank you for your reseach into our condition."
That should help the medical community recognize that OUCH is out here.
Report back to us on any responses you get from the doctors.
