I have been away from the board for a couple of weeks as my mum has been in town. I come back to find the news that Tony G has passed away. I could not beleive my eyes.
I am sorry he is gone. Tony was VERY kind to me. He has helped me through the past year with my headaches and saved me from an awful lot of pain.
I had talked to him a couple of times on the phone as well.
An angel to me here on earth and now he has returned to heaven.
I will miss you Tony and will keep your family in my prayers.

Yes Jayne it was indeed sad news. And if your heart was as heavy as mine with sadness, it goes to show DJ and his crew ARE DOING A GOOD THING.
Beyond all the pain that is suffered here, and the bouts of......let's just say - differences of opinions......that sometimes go on here, we can see that DJ and the crew are doing what makes this place worth coming back to.

My aloha buddy spent alot of money on long distance calls to his fellow clusterbuds...i sure miss him...everytime the beast was hammering my head, i knew Tony G would be calling me to check on me..and I would never have had enough imitrex if he had not sent them to me (along with another clusterbud here)..It will sure be lonely the next time the beast comes a calling and Tony is not here to check on his sis!...Sure, he made alot of folks here mad at him...but he was still family...he was a clusterhead...and i certainly mourn his death. smiles,nancyc

I, too have been gone, only to come in here to find out that Tony died. Talk about a shock!!!! This news really makes me feel awful. Tony also sent me Imitrex when I needed it & I am so very sorry for his family right now.

Did not know TonyG for very long, but i know he had his secrets and passions (and here was a deeply felt mission that he did not seem able to make complete peace with)
Jayne, I know how you feel.
Passion is putting out your hand and letting it get slapped anyhow. That's how Tony was and I am celebrating that courage and passion. Flaws are within us all. thanks Tony for being so brave. In this circle we all say our piece. Sad goodbyes.
