I do not know you Danny boy, but I have a few things to say to you.
Firstly, you do not own this board and therefore have no right to ask people to remove their posts. We still operate under democratic rule in the US and UK and freedom of speech is paramount.
Secondly, I am unaware as to what problem you have with Ueli, whatever it is wouldn't Email or a private chat room be the best place to discuss it?
Regarding medical knowledge i.e you vs Ueli, I too have a reasonable amount of knowledge as to the aetolgy of CH and its prognosis and current research.
I am however not a neurologist, neither are you.
Ueli trys his best to offer support to people on this board with the knowledge and personal experiences he has gained as a long term CH sufferer, THAT IS WHAT THIS BOARD IS HERE FOR.
May I suggest that you go to medical school, qualify, then do a further 3 years learning neurology, then a few years in practice, then you'll know more than Ueli.
I have read all your posts recently and some are very impessive, however, if the likes of Professor Goadsby and say the Mayo clinic behaved like you wish to do with Ueli, where would medical research into CH be?
Communication and the sharing of ideas and theories is what we should be doing, not conducting some sort of I know more than you do war.
We are all amatuers, we suffer this awful condition and some of us know a little about it. We do not know it all.
Can we please get back to supporting each other.

Dannyboy, you can repeat this bullshit another 100 times, nobody is going to believe it. As your dad is decompressing this extracranial artery to treat migraine, you try to involve it in any type of headache, just in an attempt to sucker the unwary.
The above quote is a nice example of the medical knowledge of Dannyboy: extracranial means outside the cranium (also known as the skull; for Danny, that is the hard bony shell just under your scalp). An extracranial structure is certainly outside the brain, but can we trust a guy who doesn't make a difference between inside and outside of the skull?
Dannyboy, in your more than 150 posts you never made a single valid contribution towards the understanding or treatment of clusterheadaches. Quite in the contrary, you 'medical knowledge' does nothing than confuse people. Therefore, it would be time to move on. Why don't you go and pester migraine sites, there you would find many more potential customers for your dads business.

Slammy's rant is that all the other posts (outside Ueli and Danny) is like someone walking up to two people who are arguing on the street corner and butting in. Both people arguing stop long enough to tell the outsider to butt out! 
Both Ueli and Dannyboy have a right to their opinions in here, and they both are passionate about that. I don't subscribe to Danny's point of view, however, in Danny's defense, he has posted several times on his efforts to help provide imitrex at affordable costs to those who needed it.
I don't mind sitting back and watching those two "duke" it out, the "others" ought to do the same.

The only circumstance under which I will remove any post on this thread will be through a direct request of DJ. If you want to have duel with just you Ueli and medicine then I suggest you do it in a private forum not a public forum and then try to tell the rest of us to butt out. Hono(u)r among men is equal on both sides. If you wish a private battle, do it in a private format. If you wish for public input from others on this MB then continue to post publicly, otherwise, Lead, follow or get the fuck out of the way.

I know little about CH and its machinations but I’ pretty damn sure that your insistence of an “extra-cranial” (Stay out of your daddy‘s library) component of CH exists only in your mind. Too bad, because if true, CH would likely be easier to handle.
What does it take for you to understand that the only relationship between cluster headaches and migraines is that they are in the head? What is so hard about this?

Wouldn't extracranial input in fact point more directly to trigeminal neuralgia which can be triggered by touching the face? Ueli? Am I going in the right direction here?

By "heat or cold therapy" I mean the various ways that people on this board use objects or substances to apply either heat or cold to their heads faces or necks in order to get some form of relief, no matter how small.
Qusetion:-
In your opinion, by what mechanism does Heat or Cold therapy affect the pain of cluster headaches in some people?
Alternatively are you suggesting that: -
- Heat or cold therapy provides no relief, other than psychological, on the pain of cluster headaches in any cases?

Dannyboy, if you want to claim the title of the one who can piss farthest, I don't mind, you have earned it honestly.
If you want to learn the basics about medicine, why don't you turn to your daddy's clinic? I think the doorman there is able to fill in your most fundamental gaps.
If you want to talk further about clusters, why don't you arrange to watch a clusterhead during an attack? Then you wouldn't no longer ask silly questions why clusterhead grasp to the most desperate, weird distractions during an attack. Until you've made that experience you have nothing lost on this message board.
